sustainable?

Last week, I ate a 100% grass-fed New York strip.

It came all the way from Australia.

    Well…at least it was grass fed. That cuts out the tractors, combines, fertilizers, and pesticides…kinda…maybe…

    Was it good? I always think that grass fed beef has a “different” taste to it. I still love it, but it’s different than corn fed beef.

    It wasn’t bad. Kyle didn’t like his, but I thought it was better than the steaks our parents have butchered at meat plants in KS. Maybe I didn’t mind the flavor because I was telling myself it was healthy for me.
